As we all know without Operating System our Personnel Computer, laptop, tablet or mobile cannot operate so there are few popular operating system available known as OS X, Android 4.4, Linux, UNIX and Windows 8.1 on whom are devices are dependent. No matter how advanced devices you purchase but in case you are not using a good operating system your device may not operate smoothly. Since the first release of windows 1.0 in 1985 it has proved to be a highly reliable company and fully committed to deliver the best to its clients. After approximately 1-3 year interval there has been release of new version and no doubt Microsoft has been providing updates regularly to its user in order to assure efficiency and security of our system.

After the release of first IPad in 2010 the trend of tablets spread amongst the masses all around the globe and is still spreading. Microsoft once again proved to cater the demands of consumers and released widows 8 which was user friendly for tablet unlike Windows7 or previous versions which were not user friendly for tablet. But the masses complained that windows 8 is good to be used on tablets but not desktop PCs so finally on 17th October 2013 there was official release of Windows8.1. I have personally got my hands on Windows8.1 and believe me it is simply awesome on my Personnel computer. Don’t believe me yet? Ok then let me highlight few significant improvements in windows8.1 as compared to windows 8

 WHY WINDOWS 8.1 IS WORTH THE TRY

• Really useful for Multitasking by snapping two or more applications side by side

• Microsoft has done an excellent job by allowing users to search things from computer, windows store, sky drive and even internet at one single search box (although it was available in windows8 too but in windows8.1 it’s more advanced)

• Numerous Pre-loaded applications which are really useful

• Integration with Sky drive allows to make up back up online which evades the risk of losing data

• Start button was there since I used Windows 98 but in Windows 8 it suddenly disappeared but finally its back in windows 8.1

No, This is not the Case

So do that convince you to upgrade from windows 8 to windows8.1? Ok I got one more great news. Windows8 users may upgrade to windows8.1 free of cost by downloading the file available in windows store. Now I bet most of you have already started searching for it in windows store. As far as windows7 users are concerned then you shall upgrade to windows8.1 too because along with the above mentioned pros you even get more advantages to upgrade from windows 7 to windows 8.1.
