HOW TO GET JOB IN IT FIELD EASILY?

Nowadays, we have got a lot of competition in IT field. Getting a job in IT field is like a dream come true for most of us. But many do not know how to choose a right path. People get crowded in the areas which are well known instead if you want to succeed choose the road that is not taken by many. For eg: If Java is trend, everyone goes to it like what a sheep will do resulting in a heavy competition of about 1 Lakh people(trained in Java). In this case if you choose technologies like mainframe, the exposure is less and NOT most people learn it thereby you will be into competition of around 10 thousand. But though, the course fee of mainframe will cost from Rs.20,000-40,000 unlike Java which would cost around Rs.5000-15,000.Therefore you must choose your domain wisely. There are lot many courses which are unaware. Do research calculate success percentage and win a job. Out of all these skills, communication is like a gate pass.
